Every care has been taken to create an affordable property without sacrificing high specification. Prices start at £130,000 Bagnall Heights is exclusively for the over 55's. Your property is leasehold and purchase for a capital sum. 2. A £250 reservation fee will be required
3. Exchange of contact 10% deposit required
4. On completion of the property you will be required to pay the outstanding balance - completion date to be agreed.
